About this tour
Here your children will not only hear the stories of antiquity's most famous fighters: they will find themselves in a genuine training camp and go through a crash course for gladiators. It is an adventure that delights boys and girls alike — and most of all (spoiler!) the dads.
How a session at the gladiator school works
Over two hours of hands-on work, participants are fully immersed in the world of ancient Roman fighters:
- Becoming a gladiator — everyone puts on a traditional tunic and feels like a real fighter of the arena.
- A journey into the history of ancient Rome — a close look at the weapons and armour of legionaries and gladiators, at siege machines and at everyday objects of the period.
- Lessons in combat — sword training under the guidance of a professional gladiator.
- The secrets of ancient tactics — battle moves and tricks learned through fast-moving games and drills.
- The test in the arena — a final bout and a ceremonial young gladiator's certificate.
The programme is led by experts from the Roman Historical Society — masters of historical reenactment who know everything about the traditions and battles of ancient Rome.
A session in a group with other children:
- 1 child = 150 €,
- 2 children = 200 €,
- 3–5 children = 250 €,
- 6–10 children = 300 €.
A private session: 1 child = 300 €, each additional child +50 €.
