Everything worth settling before you go

Booking

Choosing a route and locking in a time
How do I book a tour?

Once you send a request, our manager will contact you, check the details and confirm that the tour can go ahead.

The manager will explain the payment terms when confirming your booking.

How quickly do you reply to requests?

We usually process requests within an hour during working hours.

A manager will get in touch to help you choose a programme, answer your questions and arrange payment, tickets and every other detail.

Who will I be talking to?

A personal manager works with you at every step. They will:

  • help you choose a tour;
  • complete the booking;
  • buy the tickets;
  • arrange a transfer;
  • answer any practical questions.

The guide contacts you just before the tour or on the day itself, and is responsible for the programme.

Can I cancel a tour?

Yes. Cancelling at least 4 days before the tour is free of charge.

If you cancel less than 4 days ahead, we retain a fee for the guide's work: the date had been held specially for you. You can move the date instead — just message your manager.

Are there exceptions to the cancellation rules?

Yes. Some services have their own cancellation terms:

  • museum tickets (usually non-refundable, as they are issued for a specific date and often in a named form);
  • long or expensive transfers;
  • certain exclusive programmes.

In those cases the cancellation terms are given to you when you book.

What languages are the tours in?

The language of the tour depends on the site version and your preference. We run programmes in:

  • Russian;
  • English.

On request, some tours can also be run in Italian or Ukrainian.

Do I need to talk to the guide beforehand?

No. The manager handles all the arrangements. You do not need to negotiate with the guide, hunt for tickets or sort out logistics — we prepare everything in advance.

What does the manager do for me?

A manager looks after your booking from the first message until the tour ends. They will:

  • put together a programme;
  • find a time that suits you;
  • complete the booking;
  • buy the tickets;
  • arrange a transfer;
  • answer any questions before your trip.
Can I change my booking?

If the guide and the tickets are still free on the new date, we will try to move the tour or find another available guide, and we will do everything we can for your trip. Please tell us about any change of plan or emergency as early as you can.

We will match a tour to your family

Tell us the city, the dates and your child's age and we will suggest two or three options.
