1. Subject of the agreement

The provider arranges a tour or quest for the customer's group according to the chosen programme, and the customer accepts and pays for the service. The agreement takes effect once the provider confirms the booking.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the tour card and covers a group of up to 5 unless stated otherwise.

Entrance tickets to museums and sites are paid separately where the programme says so.

The manager confirms the payment terms and methods when you book.

3. How the service is provided

We send the time and meeting point in advance by messenger. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may shorten the programme without changing the price.

4. Changes to the programme

We may adjust the route if a site is closed, the weather makes walking unsafe, or the children's comfort requires it. Any significant change is agreed with you first.
