How it works
The workshop takes place in a welcoming cooking studio in central Florence. You will make two things — pizza and gelato — and then enjoy the result.

Pizza:
Guided by the chef, you will learn to make thin, elastic dough and a homemade tomato sauce.
You will shape, dress and bake your own perfect pizza.
And you will taste real Italian pizza made with your own hands.
Gelato:
Hear the history and the secrets of Italian ice cream.
Get to know the natural ingredients and the methods behind it.
Taste fresh gelato you made together with the chef.
At the end you get a booklet of recipes so you can repeat the Italian magic at home.
