About this tour
An interactive quest through the ancient city of Pompeii that turns the archaeological park into one long adventure. Legend has it that before Vesuvius erupted, the banker Lucius Caecilius Iucundus hid a strongbox full of treasure. Almost two thousand years have passed, and now the team must find its traces. Following an ancient map, the children look for symbols, decipher cryptic signs and complete tasks that bring them closer to the answer.
How the tour goes
At the start the children get a map and their first riddle. The route then runs through the streets of the ancient city, from the forums to the Roman houses. At every stop they:
